Marisa Allen is an enthusiastic Cooinda volunteer. She was a key organiser of the Capability Fashion Show, one of the many fund-raising events held during 2002 to raise money for the 2003 Family Camp. I caught up with Marisa and her husband David at the camp. They were keen to talk about one great achievement: their son Cody's first steps.

"It took so long to build up his muscle tone for him to be able to walk," Marisa explained.

"It's not that he doesn't want to do things," said David. "It just takes him longer."
