I first came to Tara's cute little life when she was five years old. At first I noticed something a little different with her face and was soon advised that she had Down Syndrome. Since that time I've spent a great deal of time with Tara through good time and sad times as she lost many of her close friends from Wewak School and elsewhere. I have got to notice the highs and the lows.
