Just believe

Mathew is an eleven-year-old boy who enjoys expressing himself using communication technology.

I have Autism and I have trouble saying what I want to say. I get very noisy and I talk when I shouldn't. There is a real problem having speech which says stupid things because people think you're stupid.

I know a lot more than I can say, and I wish I didn't talk rubbish. It makes it very hard to go out in public because I get noisy and people get upset. Just being quiet is really hard.

One day I hope I will be able to talk properly. For now I'm typing on a computer that talks.
