My association with Cooinda really began by default when I commenced employment as the Manager of Disability Advocacy and Information Service (DAIS). My predecessor, Mike Jarrett, had been heavily involved in Cooinda over many years, and after receiving an invitation to the Cooinda AGM, I felt that it was only appropriate to attend in his absence.
